A dog with a slightly high body temperature, a cat chugging barley tea, a bear who can't stop climbing castle walls, a turtle who won't move from a bench, a water strider that avoids every raindrop, a fish that becomes a plant root, a very fast crab...

Each page, consisting of 2 to 5 frames, expresses surreal and nonsensical conversations, actions, and thoughts of animals, drifting between "impossible" and "maybe possible" with unique details and timing. Even though each episode is impossible on its own, as you read them consecutively, you might feel as if a door to unseen laws of the world is gradually opening. This is a collection of "disjointed" (rather than "laid-back") multi-frame comics, released by Kojika-sha, the publishing arm of Kyoto wine shop [Kojika]. And the animals depicted are always cute.
